The next day fishing is in Bukit Merah Lake. The trip started at 6pm due to tiredness of last nite fishing in Tambun...We headed there with out cartopper alu boat and reach the lakeside at 7.30 after some breakfast at nearby stall...
The water was murky due to few days of heavy downpour...We fish in the upper section of the lake beyond the train track line...It was a beautiful scenary but the fish really dun have appetite to have our lures and anak keli...Or it might be those kampungs setting up nets and jala those fishes..
We change spot a lot of times and by noon we moved to nearby the train track for bottom since its too hot for casting...A first cast by my brother immidietly taken by a juvinile toman...Not really a good fighter compared to Temenggor tomans...but at east something better then nothing rite? Weight about 1kg plus. Photo taken and released...
We decided to it a day at 5pm when the wind started to blow strong and the water is choppy due to the strong wind...It was a poor catch rate trip but at least we tried lots of spot...
Thats all 2 days fishing trip in Penang...
